EVA Beach Club is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Requirements:
– Strong and proven hospitality management experience
– Minimum 5–8 years experience in a similar role (Beach Club / Lounge / Luxury Hospitality)
– Excellent leadership and team management skills
– Strong knowledge of UAE hospitality standards and regulations
– Ability to manage operations, sales, marketing, and guest relations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Must be currently based in Dubai
– UAE hospitality experience is mandatory
