Job Position – FM Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and improvement of building systems in high-rise facilities, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with safety standards, and a high level of tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or related field)
Minimum [5–7] years of experience in FM roles, with at least [3] years managing high-rise buildings
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BMS, fire & life safety, HVAC, and vertical transportation systems
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with CAFM systems and FM software tools
Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., IFMA, CFM) is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
