IT / Helpdesk Support Officer
Job Position – IT / Helpdesk Support Officer

Requirements:
-1–3 years in an IT support/helpdesk role
-Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
-Good understanding of Windows OS, networking basics (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
-Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
-Bonus: exposure to CCTV/security systems, CompTIA A+/Network+
Key Responsibilities:
-Be the go-to person for internal IT support (hardware, software, network, email)
-Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, and office IT equipment
-Support basic troubleshooting for our surveillance/networking products
-Help maintain our internal knowledge base and assist with product demos
-Work closely with our vendor support team on advanced issues
