IT Support Engineer

To join team in Dubai Industrial City, UAE. This role involves providing first-line technical support across the organization.
Requirements:
– 4 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Desktop Support.
– Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
– Experience in Manufacturing/FMCG is an advantage.
– Microsoft, CompTIA A+, MCSA, or CCNA certifications are a plus.
– Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
