Key Responsibilities
-Provide on-site & remote end-user support for Windows & macOS
-Windows Server Administration & IT Infrastructure Support
-Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & Group Policy
-Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace Administration
-LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi & VLAN troubleshooting
-VMware / Hyper-V, Backup & Disaster Recovery
-Firewall, Endpoint Security & Cybersecurity Best Practices
-IT Ticketing, SLA Management & Customer Support

Ideal Candidate
-3–5 years of relevant IT Support / Field Engineering experience
-Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
-Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking
-Ability to handle on-site technical support and resolve issues efficiently
-Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred
