Job Position – IT Infrastructure Engineer / System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, GPO, and user access.
-Support VMware virtualization, VM provisioning, and basic storage/backup operations.
-Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and email security tools.
-Support network infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPNs.
-Handle Level 2/Level 3 troubleshooting for escalated infrastructure and user issues.
-Support MDM, Avaya PABX, and other IT infrastructure systems as required.
-Coordinate with vendors for procurement, support, and issue resolution.
Required Skills:
-Min 7+ Years Experience in UAE
-Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, GPO, Vmware, Microsoft 365
-Exchange Online, Firewall/VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Vlans
-Backup operations, and L2/L3 support.
