Experience: 7–8 Years
Required Skills & Experience:
7–8 years of hands-on experience in L1/L2 IT Support or Service Desk operations.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
Experience with Active Directory and user access management.
Understanding of networking fundamentals, VPN, and remote troubleshooting.
Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems and SLA management.
Knowledge of endpoint support and IT security practices.
