Job Position – IT Technical Support

Responsibilities:
– Provide support for computer-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
– Assist users with problems through phone, in-person, or online channels.
– Install, configure, and update computer systems and software.
– Ensure the safety and security of digital files and systems.
– Operate and maintain cameras, alarms, and other related devices.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in using Windows 10 and 11, Teams, Zoom, and Mac computers.
– Strong understanding of IT security and system maintenance.
– Relevant IT certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
