Job Summary

Optimway is hiring a motivated and results-oriented Technical Sales Executive to join its expanding team in the UAE. The role offers flexible working arrangements, including part-time or hybrid work, with a mix of remote work and field-based client visits across multiple Emirates. It is suited to candidates with a strong technical background and a passion for sales, client engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

  • Promote and sell technical solutions and services to meet business targets.

  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in technical sales or a related technical field is mandatory.

  • Valid UAE residence visa is mandatory.

  • Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid and field-based environment.

  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.

  • Strong knowledge of technical product understanding, solution selling, client relationship management, field sales operations, lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
