A leading flour milling organization is looking for an experienced QC Manager to oversee quality control operations at its facility between Ajman and Sharjah.

This role is suited to a professional with substantial flour milling experience and a strong understanding of food quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will lead the quality control team, maintain production standards, and ensure that quality procedures are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Control department within the flour milling facility.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control and quality assurance procedures.
• Ensure production processes meet applicable food safety regulations and industry quality standards.
• Supervise, guide, and support QC team members.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas requiring improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain product quality and operational standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in Quality Control or Quality Management.
• A minimum of 5 years of specific experience in the flour milling industry.
• Strong understanding of flour milling quality control processes.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, quality assurance systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing QC teams and overseeing quality inspections and audits.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Salary & Opportunity

The position offers a salary of up to AED 18,000 per month. The role provides an opportunity to take responsibility for quality operations within an established flour milling business.
