JOB PURPOSE:
The role is to provide technical support for both internal and external customers, prepare technical submittals, conduct trial mixes, mix-design optimization, implement new products and raw materials and sites visits.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
– Preparing Technical submittals
– Negotiating with Clients the mix design proposals
– Conducting plant trials for mix-design approval
– Supporting Sales team with mix design preparation, negotiations and post-sales support
– Proposing new ideas and cost saving initiative
– Carry on special products (Value Added Products) sampling activities and work closely with contractors and applicators on mix-design submittal, approvals and application.
– Reviewing Customers’ complaints and the action plan development and implementation.
– Monitoring and verifying the raw materials

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education / Professional Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering / civil engineering; Dubai Municipality accreditation will be an advantage.
– 5-10 years of experience in Concrete Quality Control in UAE
– English language proficiency is a must (Arabic & Hindi language will be an advantage)
– Holding a valid UAE driving license
