Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate technical information and product guidance to customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support
Respond confidently to product-related inquiries
Stay updated on products, features, and promotions
Maintain product displays and ensure proper stock levels
Participate in ongoing product training
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering, or Science graduate with strong technical aptitude
Sales experience is an advantage but not required
Freshers are welcome to apply
