KEY REQUIREMENTS
– 6 years of sales experience in kitchens, closets, wardrobes, or custom cabinetry
– Strong UAE experience in kitchen/closet or interior fit-out sales preferred
– Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering
– Strong knowledge of materials, fittings, accessories, and finishes
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
– Proven track record in achieving sales targets and converting leads
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
– Professional, confident, and customer-focused
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Consult with customers and understand their requirements
– Develop customized kitchen and closet design solutions
– Prepare layouts, quotations, presentations, and proposals
– Convert enquiries into confirmed sales
– Manage customer follow-ups from consultation to order confirmation
– Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
