Job Position – Technical IT Recruiter

Experience: 2–5 years in IT recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2–5 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on IT/technical roles.
– Experience in the UAE market or in the home country with exposure to IT hiring.
– Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., developers, engineers, administrators, security specialists, cloud experts, etc.).
– Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media sourcing.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
