Current Job Vacancies

1) Technical Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Lead facade technical activities from design to execution.
– Review architectural, structural & façade drawings.
– Review shop/fabrication drawings, material submittals & method statements.
– Manage RFIs, technical queries & NCRs.
– Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, design & site teams.
– Resolve technical/site issues and support value engineering & material selection.
– Ensure compliance with specifications, quality & project programme.

REQUIREMENTS
– 8+ years UAE experience in façade / glass & aluminium / building envelope.
– Strong knowledge of Curtain Wall, Glazing & Aluminium Cladding.
– AutoCAD – Required.
– Experience with Technal | Alumil | Schuco | Gulf Extrusions – Advantage.
– Strong drawing interpretation & technical coordination skills.
– UAE/GCC experience preferred.
– UAE Driving Licence – Advantage.
– Immediate joiners preferred.

2) Project Manager – FACADE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage façade projects from planning to handover.
– Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
– Review drawings, specifications, material approvals and project schedules.
– Handle RFIs, technical submissions, NCRs, variations and approvals.
– Monitor project progress, quality, cost, manpower and deadlines.
– Ensure compliance with specifications, HSE and quality standards.
– Lead site/project teams and prepare progress reports.
– Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural / Structural Engineering or related field.
– Minimum 7-10 years of experience in façade project management.
– Strong UAE/GCC experience in curtain wall, glazing, cladding and building envelope projects.
– Proven experience with large-scale commercial, residential, hotel or high-rise projects.
– Knowledge of façade systems, materials, installation methods and construction processes.
– Experience with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus.
– UAE driving licence preferred.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
– Strong technical & commercial knowledge of façade systems.
– Ability to manage teams and multiple projects under pressure.
– Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
– Strong knowledge of international façade standards and project specifications.
– Experience with high-rise and major facade projects.
– Professional approach with clients, consultants and contractors.
