Open Position:
1 – Technician – IRATA Level 1 & 2

Key Requirements:
– Immediate joiners only
– Minimum 1 year experience in façade cleaning using Rope Access
– Experience working on projects
– Mandatory IRATA Level 1 & 2 certification

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform façade and glass cleaning using rope access techniques
– Assist in setup and dismantling of rope access systems (anchoring & rigging)
– High-level cleaning of building exteriors, curtain walls, skylights, canopies & signage
– Follow instructions from Level 3 Rope Access Technicians / Supervisors
– Daily inspection of PPE and rope access equipment
– Ensure correct use of cleaning tools, materials, and chemicals
– Maintain housekeeping of equipment and worksite
– Report safety incidents, hazards, or equipment defects immediately
– Comply with IRATA Code of Practice, HSE policies, and client requirements
– Assist with ground-level support tasks when required
