1. Provide day-to-day IT support to staff (hardware, software, network)
2. Troubleshoot system, printer, POS, and connectivity issues
3. Install, configure, and maintain computers, systems, and applications
4. Coordinate with vendors for IT-related issues and maintenance
5. Ensure data security and system backups
6. Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Requirements:
– Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
– 1–3 years of experience in IT support
– Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic troubleshooting
– Good communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and under pressure
