Hiring an IT Coordinator who has experience in IT coordination, helpdesk support, managing workflows, working with key stakeholders, and supporting daily IT operations. Knowledge of hardware and corporate software is important, and CAPM certification is a plus, along with exposure to Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and AWS Essentials, plus IT monitoring experience.
