IT Support Field Engineer
Job Position – IT Support Field Engineer
Company Name – Whitehats
Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Requirements
– 3-6 years of relevant IT experience in field support, IT infrastructure, or system administration
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
– Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 & Azure
– Networking: VLAN, VPN, routing, switching & Wi-Fi
– Virtualisation: VMware / Hyper-V and physical servers
– Firewalls & networking: FortiGate, Sophos, Cisco, Ubiquiti, or similar
– Backup & Disaster Recovery: Veeam, Acronis, or Azure Backup
– Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
– MSP / IT Service Provider / System Integrator experience strongly preferred
– Willingness to travel to customer sites across Dubai and other Emirates
