Open Positions:
1 – Facilities Supervisor (MEP)
2 – Housekeeping Supervisor
3 – Engineer – Facilities Management (MEP)

Requirements:
– For Facilities Supervisor (MEP):
▸ 4–7 years of experience in MEP & HVAC systems (FAHU, AHU, VRF)
▸ Degree or Diploma in Engineering

– For Housekeeping Supervisor:
▸ 3–5 years in residential/commercial/hotel cleaning supervision
▸ Bachelor’s in Hotel Management or related field preferred

– For Engineer Facilities Management – (MEP):
▸ 4–7 years in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Firefighting systems
▸ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

– Strong technical knowledge in MEP systems, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
– Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance and facilities coordination

 Note: Candidates must be physically fit and hardworking.
