Open Position:
1 – MEP Supervisor

Qualifications & Skills:
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in FM Operations
– Appropriate FM certificates or qualifications
– Experience managing facilities management services within residential/commercial towers
– Experience working under Owners Association Management teams is an advantage
– Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance
– Good communication & teamwork skills
– Candidates on a visit or cancellation visa are highly preferred
