Housekeeping Team Leaders / Supervisors
– Supervise, assign, and inspect housekeeping tasks to meet cleanliness standards.
– Schedule staff shifts, manage replacements, and handle guest complaints.
– Train housekeeping staff and manage inventory, supplies, and stock orders.
– Support operations with hands-on cleaning during staff shortages.
– High school / Diploma / Graduate with minimum 3 years of hotel supervisory experience.
– Strong English communication skills and housekeeping knowledge.
– Microsoft Office proficiency.
Room Attendants
– Greet guests and provide assistance.
– Make beds, change linens, and replenish bathroom amenities.
– Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish furniture, and empty trash.
– Update room status records and clean/restock the cleaning cart at the end of the shift.
– High school education or higher.
– Good English communication skills.
– Hotel housekeeping or guest service experience.
Order Taker Personnel (Housekeeping Office)
– Control, record, and safeguard all housekeeping keys and pagers.
– Answer calls professionally, record requests, and coordinate communication with concerned departments.
– Manage Lost & Found items, including receiving, logging, storage, claims, and clearance.
– Update and print Opera system reports and submit required copies to Accounts and Reception.
– Prepare attendance sheets for payroll processing.
– Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper filing of housekeeping office records.
– Monitor DND rooms and communicate room status updates.
– Check and replenish housekeeping office supplies, forms, and First Aid items.
– High school education or equivalent.
– Experience in housekeeping, guest order taking, or hotel operations preferred.
– Good English communication and basic computer skills (Opera knowledge an advantage).
